Project Description: For this assessment, RStudio libraries were used such as sf (simple features) to encode spatial vector data, tmap to develop thematic maps, ggplot2 to plot data, dplyr to manipulate data, geojsonsf to convert simple features, and reshape2 to format the data, tidyverse to tidy the data, cartogram to create map, viridis and pals to expand bi-variate color palettes, and classInt to choose class intervals. Findings from this visualization include that smaller, more rural populations have been affected by water that has collected violation points throughout the 2014-2019 period. The smaller populations have dealt with higher violation points, while the larger populations have dealt with lower violation points.
